Terry was absolutely wonderful from the moment I called to when he came out to treat the face of my house.
I called at least 5 other pest control companies before I found Pyramid on Google and when I inquired about boxelder bugs, all the other companies gave me a brush off of "I don't know, probably covered in general sprays", but when I called Terry, he knew exactly what I was asking about and talked to me about their lifecycle and usual appearances throughout the seasons. Immediately, I knew he was knowledgeable on the issue I was having and I asked him to come out to treat my house. The prices are definitely reasonable and I'm very happy with the service provided to my home.

I usually do not provide reviews but I felt the level of customer service I received this afternoon from Pyramid Exterminators required me to tell the world of how great they are. I previously had my house treated back in December 2015 after I purchased my home. I had no issues with palmetto bugs in my home until recently when a few of my neighbors had trees removed from their property. I contacted Pyramid Exterminators and explained that I was having an issue with the uninvited guest and they were entering my home through the attic. Pyramid came out and treated the outside of my home, my attic, fireplace and kitchen. I also I had the beginning of a beehive near my back entrance that they removed.
I was absolutely impressed with their level of customer service and desire to ensure that my home was pest free.
Some companies when you sign a year contract don't always give you the same level of service. I can truly say this is not the case for with Pyramid Exterminators.

This was our second consecutive year using Pyramid for our minor roach problem. (As a former New Yorker, I'm still adjusting to all of the *wildlife* Georgia has to offer, so one roach is one too many in my book). We had them apply a yearly preventative treatment last year, and low and behold, it has been almost a year to the day that I've seen a live roach around the house. I immediately called them up, and Adrian came to my rescue the next day. Feeling satisfied knowing that I've saved millions in the future therapy bills I would have otherwise needed if it weren't for these guys. Adrian is a dog guy too, which helps when you have misbehaving pooches around the house. Life savers!
