Best in the Biz
Our technicians are certified and licensed with the Department of Natural Resources. They have the experience to trap and release animals in a humane and safe way. Sometimes using lethal methods are necessary; however our techs are trained to determine the best method needed. Our technicians are highly skilled at repairing damage caused to your home by wildlife.
Wildlife animals, such as roof rats, squirrels, and chipmunks for example, cause millions of dollars in damages. House fires, destroyed pvc pipes, and damaged internal wires and foundation are the results of wildlife animals invading your property. The excrement from wildlife creates a foul odor but also can corrode machinery, paint, and create slipping hazards.
Our wildlife control plan includes:
Minor home repairs
Exclusion & Trapping:
Exclusion is sealing up any holes on your property that wildlife can enter through. We use sealant such as silicone caulk or urethane foam.
Traps are set at the point of entry including, but not limited to the attic, basement, around the foundation, or any openings around the house.
Minor Carpentry Repair, Roof-line Enclosing & Insulation Replacement:
Our minor carpentry repair includes siding replacement and the installation of foundation vents and moisture vent control for example.
Roof-line enclosing includes placing a metal sheet around the entry point of the roof.
Insulation replacement is removing old insulation and replacing it with new insulation to disinfect wildlife excrements that can be inhaled.
Gutter cleaning removes all debris as a prevention method for insects, rodents, etc. to reduce harbourage areas.
